Daniel J. Centonze is Head of Construction of EJME. He is responsible for overseeing all new construction, capital improvements to existing buildings, tenant improvement work and pre-development of new properties.
Since joining EJME, Daniel has been involved with the Construction of 51 Astor Place and 11 Jane Street as well as all capital and tenant improvements at 1166 Avenue of the Americas, 590 Madison Avenue, 101 Avenue of the Americas, 825 Seventh Avenue and the FAA Eastern Regional Headquarters at 159 Rockaway Blvd, Queens NY.
Daniel’s technical capabilities, expertise, and hands on knowledge in all construction disciplines provides him with an extensive understanding in the areas of business development, budgeting estimating, procurement, scheduling, quality control, and safety. His 22 years of construction and construction management experience contributes to his ability to identify problems and offer cost effect solutions. This uniquely enables EJME to offer a full range of construction and construction management services in-house.
Prior to joining EJME, Daniel held senior positions at J.S. Held Incorporated; consulting on the Jacob Javits Center renovation as well as Lend Lease; overseeing the construction of the Trump Soho Tower in lower Manhattan. Prior to his employment with Lend Lease, he was employed by Pavarini McGovern as well as Lehr Construction and IDI Construction, where he successfully built various large-scale core and shell and interior projects both in New York City as well as across the country.
