Deanna Byrnes Dilorenzo

Deanna Byrnes DiLorenzo is the Controller for Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc. Ms. DiLorenzo oversees all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for the EJME real estate portfolio ranging from pre-development through operations. Since joining EJME in 1996, she has been involved with all of the company’s acquisitions, developments and dispositions.

Ms. DiLorenzo began her professional career at Friedman LLP, a prominent New York City public accounting firm specializing in the real estate industry. During her five years there, Ms. DiLorenzo was responsible for audits, tax and consulting work involving all aspects for commercial real estate. Some of her noteworthy clients included The Mendik Realty Companies, Silverstein Properties and The Related Companies. Ms. DiLorenzo also spent two years with DRA Advisors LLC, which specializes in real estate investment management services for institutional and private investors. She was a Portfolio Manager overseeing property and portfolio management functions for investments in excess of $750 million. Portfolios under her management consisted of commercial office buildings, multifamily housing and retail centers.

Ms. DiLorenzo is a graduate of SUNY-Binghamton with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
