Christopher Penrod

Christopher Penrod, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Christopher started their career in the United States Air Force in 1989, where they held various leadership positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Section Chief and Chief Customer Support. In these roles, they supervised maintenance activities, allocated resources, and managed HR teams.

After leaving the Air Force, Penrod worked as a Section Chief at the USAF and then joined HQ Air Mobility Command as Chief of Organization. In these roles, they contributed to strategic planning and execution to meet organizational objectives.

Penrod transitioned to the private sector in 2010 when they joined NATO Air Training Command-Afghanistan as the Director of Manpower and Personnel. Here, they coordinated the recruitment, training, and employment of personnel across seven locations for the establishment of an independent Afghan Air Force human resource management organization.

In 2012, Penrod became the Readiness Branch Chief at the United States Air Force's Manpower, Personnel, and Services division. Christopher then joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2013 as a Project Manager, where they served as a strategic advisor to project sponsors and managed various projects, including regulatory compliance, process optimization, and business technology enhancements.

Most recently, Penrod has been working at Edward Jones since 2014. Christopher held roles as a Director of FA Talent Acquisition - Military, Senior Project Leader, PMO Team Leader, and currently serves as the Director of Data & Analytics PMO. In these positions, they have been responsible for leading project teams, managing project deliverables, and overseeing data and analytics projects.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology/Technician from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2000 to 2002.

Furthermore, Christopher also pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from the Community College of the Air Force from 1995 to 1999.
