Jenna Patterson

Jenna Patterson, M.S.Ed, is an accomplished Learning Experience Designer with extensive experience in instructional design and leadership development. Currently serving as Learning Experience Designer II at Edward Jones since June 2017, Jenna utilizes methodologies such as agile and ADDIE to develop impactful content, collaborates with subject matter experts to assess learning needs, and mentors design teammates. Previous roles include Senior Training Specialist and Training Specialist at Edward Jones, where Jenna implemented and facilitated various learning programs. Prior to that, Jenna held the position of Leadership Education Coordinator at the University of Missouri - St. Louis, designing developmental programs and coordinating leadership initiatives. Additional experiences include program coordination at the University of Southern Indiana and a graduate assistant role at Southern Illinois University, focusing on student involvement and leadership development. Jenna holds a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
