Raquel Garza, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources Services at Edwards Aquifer Authority since June 1999, Raquel oversees various HR programs such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, and training and development. With a BBA in Human Resources from The University of Texas at San Antonio, their previous roles as an Employment Administrator at Time Warner Cable and Human Resources Generalist at Education Service Center, Region 20, have equipped their with diverse skills in records retention, policy compliance, and team budget management.
