Jan Nicolosi

Jan Nicolosi serves as the Business Manager at Edwards Communities Management Company since June 2005, overseeing The Quarry, a 674-unit luxury apartment community, and successfully increasing physical occupancy from 87% to 97% in the first year. Jan’s career began at Cardinal Industries as a Land Acquisition Manager in 1985, specializing in identifying multi-family apartment sites. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The Ohio State University.
