Alexis Ito

Alexis Ito, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Recruiter for Corporate Functions at Edwards Lifesciences since April 2022 and is also a Facilitator for the Chamber of Mothers in the Orange County Chapter since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner at Pacific Life from September 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities involved collaborating with leadership to refine talent strategies focusing on Actuarial hiring. Alexis has also held positions at UC Irvine Health, where contributions included navigating the hiring process for management and applicants, and at Paul's TV, where experience involved developing training programs and refining staffing plans. Previous roles include Contract Sourcing Specialist at McKesson and Recruiter at Apex Systems. Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University and a Creative Writing Certificate from UCLA Extension.
