Jason Smith

Jason Smith is an experienced professional in manufacturing and military leadership, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Manager at Edwards Lifesciences since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Manufacturing Manager at the same company. Jason's military experience includes serving as the Air Defense Company Alpha Company Commander at Marine Air Control Squadron 1 from July 2020 to June 2022, and as the Allied Training Branch Chief at the Joint Interoperability Division, overseeing an 8-member team of instructors from May 2017 to July 2020. Additionally, during a prior tenure at Marine Air Control Squadron 1 from November 2013 to May 2017, Jason worked as the Company Executive Officer and Senior Air Director, managing operational aspects for a company of 120 Marines. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History from the University of Arizona, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
