Joy Trinh Nguyen

Joy (Joycelyn) Trinh Nguyen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering within the medical device and tissue product sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy & PMO for World Wide Engineering at Edwards Lifesciences since November 2015, Joy has held multiple strategic leadership positions within the company, including roles focused on global quality and implant networks. Prior experience includes directorships and program management roles at Sonendo®, Inc. and Integra LifeSciences, where Joy managed product development projects through various stages of commercialization. Joy's earlier career includes research and manufacturing roles in orthobiologic products, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from California State University, Fullerton.
