Lynda Minarczyk

Lynda Minarczyk currently serves as Senior Director of Training and Professional Education in the Surgical Division at Edwards Lifesciences, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Lynda worked as a Medical Education Manager for Abbott from November 2019 to December 2024, where significant accomplishments included the creation and execution of the OCT Skills Lab Virtual Training Program and leadership in the Microvascular Network development, both recognized with President's Awards. Lynda's experience also includes serving as Global Director of Commercial Sales Training at HeartFlow, Inc., where all commercial training systems for product launches were developed. Earlier roles included Cardiac Subject Matter Expert at Empire Films and Global Director of Product Training and Education-MCS at Thoratec Corp., where successful training programs were implemented across multiple countries. Lynda holds an Associate’s Degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Hahnemann University Hospital School of Nursing.
