Nydia Herencia

Nydia Herencia is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational effectiveness and human resources management. At Edwards Lifesciences, Nydia held the positions of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Global Supply Chain and Quality, Sr. Director, and Director of Human Resources from June 2015 to October 2017. Prior to this, Nydia served as Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Merck from March 2010 to May 2011 and worked at Schering Pharmaceuticals for 14 years, advancing from Human Resources Manager to Director of Human Resources. Nydia's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Counselor Education from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hispanic and Latin American Languages from Princeton University.
