Suraksha Vinod serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Edwards Lifesciences since January 2020, focusing on the development, manufacturing, maintenance, and sales of medical devices. With extensive experience in the medical device sector, Suraksha ensures the safety and effectiveness of products while supporting healthcare professionals. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley from May 2017 to November 2019, where Suraksha designed comprehensive financial plans and managed assets for clients, and as an Operations Manager Assistant, providing key support to management. Suraksha also held the position of Sales Director at mectron s.p.a. from 2000 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a master’s degree in Business Management from Sapienza Università di Roma and a bachelor's degree in Medical Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
