Victoria Jaworski

Victoria Jaworski, M.S. HROD, is a seasoned professional in technical training and project management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Technical Training at Edwards Lifesciences since June 2023. With significant experience at Ethicon, Inc. from June 2019 to June 2023, Victoria managed $138 million in spend across global electronics suppliers and led supply chain and manufacturing initiatives, including the successful execution of site decommissioning as Interim Plant Manager. Prior to this, Victoria contributed to quality management systems at Sterilmed, a Johnson & Johnson Company, and began a career in education as a middle school math teacher. Victoria holds a Bachelor's in Education from the University of Minnesota Morris, along with multiple advanced degrees and certifications in Change Management and Human Resources.
