Gina Abate

Gina Abate has extensive experience in various leadership roles across different companies and industries. Gina is currently President and CEO of Edwards Performance Solutions, where they oversee day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Abate has also served as VP at NTT DATA Federal Services and BAE Systems IT, where they had P&L responsibilities for multimillion-dollar accounts. Additionally, they have served on board roles for the Howard County Chamber, HARP, and The Cybersecurity Association of Maryland, Inc. Before entering the private sector, Abate held a senior management role at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Gina Abate received a BA in Pre-Law with a focus on History and Political Science from Texas Lutheran University in 1976.
