Jim Congdon

Jim Congdon is an experienced professional in the fire alarm and safety industry, currently serving as the Applications Engineering Manager at Edwards Safety since May 2014, where responsibilities include providing technical support for US-based customers and global support centers. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Mircom Engineered Systems, managing fire alarm design, engineering, and project management, and Operations Manager for the Installation Division at The CFP Group, where oversight of design/build projects for government facilities was a key focus. Jim has also held positions as Senior Fire Alarm Designer and Service Manager at various organizations, contributing expertise in life safety systems, technical services, and project management throughout a career spanning over two decades.
