Emily Borchers

Emily Borchers is an Occupational Therapy Student at The Ohio State University, engaged in pediatric autism and adult stroke research since May 2023. With a solid foundation in healthcare, Emily served as a Clinical Therapy Aide at Nationwide Children's Hospital, assisting in patient care and the application of adaptive equipment from April 2022 to May 2023. Emily also has extensive experience in marketing and leasing with Edwards Student Housing Management Company, where responsibilities have been held since October 2019. Additional roles include volunteer work at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and previous coaching positions in aquatics, demonstrating a commitment to supporting individuals of various ages in both therapeutic and recreational settings. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from The Ohio State University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
