Helena Nguyen has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Leasing Agent at Edwards Student Housing Management Company since 2020. Concurrently, Helena has been a Student Assistant/Intern at Ohio Union Dining Services since August 2018, where responsibilities included aiding in the employee hiring process, expediting food, and demonstrating proficiency in both Back-of-House and Front-of-House operations.
