Helena Nguyen

Helena Nguyen has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Leasing Agent at Edwards Student Housing Management Company since 2020. Concurrently, Helena has been a Student Assistant/Intern at Ohio Union Dining Services since August 2018, where responsibilities included aiding in the employee hiring process, expediting food, and demonstrating proficiency in both Back-of-House and Front-of-House operations. In addition, Helena worked as a Student Communications Assistant in the Department of Food, Agriculture, Biological, and Engineering, managing the department's website and producing content. Helena also worked as a Server at Olive Garden since May 2019, where recognition for teamwork and positive customer feedback has been achieved. Helena obtained a degree from The Ohio State University in 2022.
