Cathy Sim has over 30 years of professional experience in the technology and management sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager and previously holding roles such as Business Process Improvement Manager and Engineering Program Manager at Edwards Vacuum since October 2013, Cathy has developed a robust skill set in quality management and process optimization. Prior experience includes providing customer service and technical support at Xerox and implementing supply chain management systems at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Caldor. Notably, Cathy has a strong background in software systems, having worked as a systems analyst and engineer at Caldor and NCR, contributing to the development and maintenance of retail software solutions. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Siena College, earned in 1988.
