Tom Lievens

Tom Lievens currently serves as the Global Vice President of People & Culture at Edwards Semiconductor since February 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Atlas Copco, focusing on global Human Resources development across over 100 countries. Tom's experience also includes serving as HR-Manager for Belgium and France at VDL Groep, where responsibilities encompassed extensive HR services and policy management. Earlier career roles include Senior Consultant at Hudson and Advisor at AGORIA. Tom's educational background includes an upcoming FEM Executive Management degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Assistance from Arteveldehogeschool and additional studies at KU Leuven and Sint-Gregoriuscollege.
