Tracey Brailey

Tracey Brailey is a Global People & Culture Business Partner at Edwards Vacuum, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tracey accumulated nearly two decades of experience at Pfizer, serving in various capacities including Global Biopharma Internal Communications and Colleague Engagement, and as IDM HR Lead. In the latter role, Tracey supported the leadership teams for IDM Regional I&I and Vaccines across multiple regions, focusing on culture enhancement, colleague engagement, talent management, and leadership development within a complex organizational structure. Tracey holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Strategy from the University of East Anglia.
