Donna Reichman

Donna Reichman has been a member of the Wayne Township Public Schools for 20 years serving in the roles of Assistant Superintendent, Curriculum Director, Principal, Staff Developer, and Gifted and Talented Teacher. Her combined 26 years of experience in public education includes work on curriculum reform, technology integration, and professional development. Donna has been the driving force behind many curriculum implementations, has opened a state-of-the-art early childhood center, and started an in-house professional development center where educational leaders from her district can showcase and share their expertise and talents. She worked with the New Jersey Department of Education to develop programs that allow for progressive in-district professional development and was a New Jersey Gifted Society fellow. Donna graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Kean University and a Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, and Supervision from Caldwell University.
