Dillon Steen has worked in the locomotive industry since 2009. Dillon began their career at Omega Plastics, LLC as a Line Foreman in 2009, where they were responsible for overseeing line operators, ensuring quality products and minimizing downtime. In 2013, they began working at Materials Engineering and Testing as a Test Laboratory Technician, where they conducted destructive and non-destructive tests, qualified welders and procedures, and performed tensile and compression tests. That same year, they began working at Knoxville Locomotive Works as a Senior Field Technician, Director of Administration and Purchasing, and Manager of Procurement. In 2019, they joined Lancaster and Chester Railway Company as Chief Mechanical Officer. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at Edwin Bohr Electronics as a Business Development Manager Freight Locomotives and Sr. Project Manager.
Dillon Steen attended Anderson County High School from 2003 to 2007 and obtained a High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Dillon also holds a Forklift Certification from AED and First Aid Certification.
