Drew Jones Botka

Drew Jones Botka is a seasoned professional in product design and development with extensive experience in both technical and managerial roles. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer and Manager at edX since January 2023, Drew previously held the position of Senior Product Designer and Manager at 2U, where responsibilities included user research, product design, and UX/UI implementations for the bootcamp sector. Prior to that, Drew worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Trilogy Education Services, Inc., developing a learning management app and maintaining a UX kit. Drew's career also includes roles as a Curriculum Content Developer and Senior Web Developer, along with experience in front-end development at notable institutions such as Bank of America and Ally Financial Inc. Drew's educational background includes training from The Iron Yard Academy and the Project Management Institute, where Drew earned PMI membership as a Project Management Professional.
