Tammi Chen

Tammi Chen is an accomplished product manager with extensive experience in product development and design, currently working at edX in the Enterprise division since September 2023. Prior roles include product manager at AdeptID, where Tammi successfully launched multiple products and managed API documentation, contributing to product-led growth through the implementation of over 90 features. Previous work as a product designer involved creating front-end applications and conducting user interviews. Tammi also served as a product consultant at Liftoff Innovations, achieving significant sales increases through user-focused design solutions. Additional experience includes mechanical engineering roles at Sonic Tools and involvement in innovation projects with Capital One and Hyperloop at VCU. Tammi holds a Master of Science in Experience Design from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, complemented by a certificate in Product Innovation from the VCU da Vinci Center.
