Dr. Matthias Meifert

Dr. Matthias Meifert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and education. As the Managing Partner and Founder of HRpepper Management Consultants since October 2012, Matthias demonstrates a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and entrepreneurship. In addition, Matthias co-founded The Excellence Circle eG in February 2024 and serves as CEO of thankscoach since January 2022. Responsibilities also include positions such as Geschäftsführer at Meifert Asset Management GmbH, Beirat des Studiengangs "Master Beratung und Beratungswissenschaft" at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and lecturer at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht. Education includes a Staatsexamen in Wirtschaftspädagogik from Freie Universität Berlin, a Dr.phil. in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from Technische Universität Berlin, and completion of an Executive Education Programme in People Analytics at the University of Cambridge.
