William Shaffer, PE, is a Senior Project Engineer at EEC Environmental since November 2016, overseeing various design and design-build projects in Water/Wastewater Treatment, PFAS Treatment, Land Development, Environmental Compliance, and Utility Design. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Engineer at HBK Engineering, LLC, managing subsurface utility engineering projects with a specialization in trenchless design, and as a Project Engineer at Environmental Engineering and Contracting Inc., focusing on utility design and site development. William started in the engineering field as an Engineering Intern, providing support and performing AutoCAD and GIS design work. Additionally, William served as a Teacher's Assistant at Loyola Marymount University, facilitating the Surveying & Mapping course. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, obtained in 2013.
