Andrew Neal has a diverse background in data analysis and research, with experience in various government agencies and organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Research, Evaluation, and Insights at EECA, Andrew previously held senior management roles at Stats NZ, where Andrew led teams in the income data space and navigated challenges during the Covid period. With a strong educational foundation in Geology/Earth Science and Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington, Andrew's expertise lies in connecting with stakeholders and ensuring the smooth production of data in various sectors.
