Erik Ingvoldstad

Erik Ingvoldstad is a seasoned entrepreneur and creative leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Erik serves as Co-founder and CEO of Careera, a Singapore-based SaaS hiring solution, and Founder and CEO of Acoustic Group, a company focused on human-centric design and innovation. Erik holds board positions at EedenBull and the Norwegian Business Association Singapore, as well as serving as Associate Faculty at the Singapore Institute of Technology. With a background in fintech and creative leadership at agencies like McCann Worldgroup and MRM Worldwide, Erik has successfully led teams and developed innovative solutions for clients globally. Academic achievements include a Master's in Digital Management from Hyper Island and a degree from BI Norwegian Business School.
