Roman M. Lapuz

Roman Lapuz is an experienced professional in project management and controls, currently serving as Vice President at EEI Corporation since March 2020. Prior to this role, Roman worked at Aurecon as Project Controls Manager, leading the North Connex tunnel project from September 2014 to March 2020. Roman's extensive background includes managing the design and construction of a 3-storey apartment building as a Project Manager/Owner in 2014, serving as Project Management System Consultant at JDA Australia, and holding various positions at Ausenco, including Project Controls Manager and Deputy Project Controls Manager. Roman began a career in project controls at EEI Corporation (Philippines) in 1992, advancing to the position of Corporate Project Controls Manager before leaving in 2008. Roman holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Assumption, earned in 1989.
