Kathleen Spellman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kathleen currently works as a 3D Designer at EEI Global since 2022. In 2009, they started their own business, Kahtleen Spellman Watercolors, as a Watercolor Artist. Kathleen also operates K. Spellman Design as the owner, where they handle all aspects of freelance design from ideation to final design, including rough sketches, marker renderings, watercolor rendering, and computer renderings.
Prior to that, Kathleen worked as a 3D Interior Designer/Illustrator at Millennium Cabinetry and Renovations from 2020 to 2022. Kathleen also served as a Senior 3D Designer at EEI Global from 2014 to 2020.
In 2011, they worked at Art Van Furniture as a Fixture Designer/Environmental Graphic Designer. Their responsibilities included designing the "Store of the future" for Art Van stores outside of Michigan, creating wayfinding signage, customer service displays, and graphics. Kathleen also updated existing stores' graphic packages, store fixtures, and custom displays.
Earlier in their career, Kathleen worked as a Designer at PPCRetail design from 2008 to 2010. Kathleen gained significant experience as an Exhibit Designer at GM Creative Services from 1988 to 2007, where they designed show properties, created graphic packages, and designed interiors for GM clients such as conference rooms, lobbies, and office workspaces.
Kathleen Spellman attended the College for Creative Studies from 1983 to 1988, where they studied Industrial Design with a focus on Product Design.
