EEIP is a financial advisory boutique active in the field of consulting services for both private and public sector. We specialize on delivering financial and economic analyses, business and investment plans and regulatory impact assessments (RIA). We are active in economic research and have a long history in the field of M&A, restructuring and corporate finance.

In the filed of M&A, EEIP has a track record of more than 80 mandates including the most sizable ones in CEE such as RWE acquisition of Czech gas grid and distribution (EUR 4.1 billion) and its postacquisition restructuring. Financial restructuring of Prague Congress Centre (KCP) has been a key part of its economic stabilization after fragile 14 years. Process and personal audit of Vitkovice machinery holding (yearly turnover over EUR 1 billion) helped to increase its performance. Number of family firms restructured and sold including subsidiary of Dr.Oetker.

Prof. Michal Mejstrik, the Founder of EEIP, also contributed to restructuring of Prague Airport, Czech Airlines, CEZ energy utility, Budvar brewery and number of companies and governments worlwide. He also chaired International Chamber of Commerce Czech Republic and has been member of ICC Global Policy Advisory Group. 

EEIP co-chaired the elaboration of Czech International Competitiveness Strategy 3I  highly valued by OECD and also elaborated Czech Export Strategy jointly with ICC CR.
