Agnes Tuza has extensive work experience spanning over eight years in finance, specifically in investment banking and private equity. Agnes started their career at Morgan Stanley as a Structured Rates Valuation & Structured Notes Model Review Intern. After that, they worked for The Boston Consulting Group as a Visiting Associate. Agnes then transitioned to Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2017 as an M&A Banker within the Natural Resources team, focusing on Renewable Energy. In 2020, they joined iCON Infrastructure LLP as an Investment Professional, where they closed a €200 million deal for a portfolio of waste-to-energy PPP-backed power plants. Agnes then moved to Generate in 2021, where they worked as an Investment Professional until May 2023. Agnes is currently working for Eelpower as a Senior Investment Manager.
Agnes Tuza obtained a Masters in International Finance with an M&A certificate from HEC Paris in 2017, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics & Financial Mathematics from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a French bilingual baccalaureate at the Kolcsey Grammar School of Budapest in 2010. In addition, Tuza obtained certifications in Sustainable Leadership - Communicating for Influence from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership in May 2023, FCA Exam from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in August 2017, and Hungarian Stock Exchange Exam from the Central-European Training Foundation for Brokers in May 2011.
