Agnes TUZA

Agnes Tuza has extensive work experience spanning over eight years in finance, specifically in investment banking and private equity. Agnes started their career at Morgan Stanley as a Structured Rates Valuation & Structured Notes Model Review Intern. After that, they worked for The Boston Consulting Group as a Visiting Associate. Agnes then transitioned to Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2017 as an M&A Banker within the Natural Resources team, focusing on Renewable Energy. In 2020, they joined iCON Infrastructure LLP as an Investment Professional, where they closed a €200 million deal for a portfolio of waste-to-energy PPP-backed power plants. Agnes then moved to Generate in 2021, where they worked as an Investment Professional until May 2023. Agnes is currently working for Eelpower in Corporate Development but has not specified an end date.

Agnes Tuza obtained a Masters in International Finance with an M&A certificate from HEC Paris in 2017, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics & Financial Mathematics from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a French bilingual baccalaureate at the Kolcsey Grammar School of Budapest in 2010. In addition, Tuza obtained certifications in Sustainable Leadership - Communicating for Influence from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership in May 2023, FCA Exam from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in August 2017, and Hungarian Stock Exchange Exam from the Central-European Training Foundation for Brokers in May 2011.
