Nick Sauer

Nick Sauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and real estate investment. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Eenhoorn LLC since March 2022, Nick also has been involved in building a multi-family rental portfolio in East Texas as a Real Estate Investor with Only Sunshine Investments since 2018. Prior roles include Managing Director at European Time Corp since 2005, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, advertising, account management, and design. Nick held the position of Production and Quality Manager at Goldenwest Diamond Corporation from September 2012 to January 2022, focusing on quality control and customer service, and worked in quality control at the same company from 2002 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts from Golden West College.
