Maryna Jackson

Maryna Jackson is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment litigation and civil rights law. Maryna began a legal career as Managing Attorney at UkrSibbank from June 2001 to June 2004, followed by a role at Holleman and Associates, P.A. from August 2009 to June 2015, where Maryna represented employees in class and collective actions under various laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act. Subsequently, Maryna served as Attorney At Law at Sanford Law Firm, PC for over a year before joining the Attorney General's Office in August 2016, where duties included defending state agencies and managing all aspects of litigation with a focus on constitutional and employment law until December 2023. Currently, Maryna is employed as a Trial Attorney at the EEOC since September 2023. Maryna holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, obtained in 2009.
