Jack Cook

Jack Cook is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in litigation, particularly in medical malpractice, licensure defense, and health law. Currently serving as a Senior Trial Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. since January 2018, Jack has previously held positions at various law firms, including the Law Offices of Dan Newlin and Jack T. Cook, P.A., focusing on trial law. Additional roles include Of Counsel at Humphrey Law Group and Diez-Arguelles & Tejedor, contributing to civil litigation with an emphasis on medical malpractice. Jack’s earlier career includes administrative roles and teaching positions in sociology, history, and coaching at Seminole County and Volusia County Public Schools, as well as service as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Jack holds a Juris Doctor from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a BA in History from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
