The Project Management and Coordination team at the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute is responsible for overseeing and facilitating projects that aim to reduce earthquake risk. This team collaborates with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective communication, resource allocation, and strategic planning, while managing initiatives such as the Learning From Earthquakes Travel Study Program. Their focus is on integrating knowledge across disciplines to advance research and promote best practices in earthquake engineering.
