Learn To Be is a non-profit bringing free, 1-on-1, online tutoring to underserved youth around the United States. We primarily serve families experiencing homelessness, youth in foster care, and families with low incomes. We source volunteer tutors through schools, partnerships and community groups and pair these students with volunteer tutors that form lasting relationships that span years.

Since 2008, we've hosted over 100,000 hours of tutoring and partnered with organizations on the ground to provide online tutoring for students who need it most.

The Tutoring Team at Learn To Be is responsible for providing high-quality, 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions to underserved youth across the United States. Comprised of volunteer tutors with diverse academic specialties, the team works to create lasting educational relationships, helping students who are experiencing homelessness, in foster care, or from low-income families improve their academic performance and build confidence in their abilities.
