Harleen Oberoi

Harleen Oberoi has extensive work experience in quality management and engineering. HARLEEN is currently the Director of Quality at EEW Group since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Manager at Airborne Systems from 2013 to 2021. HARLEEN also served as a Sr. QMS Manager at Masco Bath from 2010 to 2013, where they were responsible for managing global quality initiatives and achieving significant improvement in the corporate QMS score. Harleen has also worked as a Six Sigma Consultant at Entech Solar in 2009 and as a Corporate Quality Manager at Lighting Science for a brief period in the same year. Earlier in their career, Harleen worked as a Quality Manager at Winchester Electronics from 2005 to 2007 and as a Quality Engineer/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at General Cable Corporation from 2003 to 2005. HARLEEN'scareer began as a Process/Manufacturing Engineer at Philips Lighting Company from 1998 to 2002, where they demonstrated strong leadership in product line management and manufacturing.

Harleen Oberoi earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
