Jessica Becker

Jessica Becker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica started their career as a Versicherungskauffrau at Westfälische Provinzial Versicherung, where they worked from 2005 to 2011. Jessica then joined Sparkasse as an Assistent Marketing & Vertriebssteuerung from 2011 to 2012. After that, they worked at EEW Bergrohr in a role involving Controlling & HR from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, they became a Freiberufliche Dozentin at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management. Jessica returned to EEW in 2016 as a Personalreferentin and later became the Head of HR - Erndtebrücker Eisenwerk GmbH & Co. KG. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR - Prokuristin bei EEW Holding GmbH & Co. KG, which they have been in since January 2021.

Jessica Becker obtained a Master of Arts degree in Managementwissenschaften from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management between 2008 and 2014.
