Josh Francis

Josh Francis is the CEO and Co-Founder of EEZ Co. since January 2023, with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Prior to this, Josh served as Senior Vice President at Hello Bello from January 2021 to December 2022, and as Executive Vice President at HIPPEAS from March 2017 to January 2021, where Josh contributed to significant growth initiatives. Additionally, Josh held the position of VP of Sales & Business Development at babyganics and was instrumental as Corporate Development Manager at Pirate's Booty, leading to the brand's prominence in the Natural Snacking Category. Earlier career experience includes roles at The Coca-Cola Company/Glaceau Vitaminwater and its predecessor, Glaceau Vitaminwater, where foundational sales skills were developed. Josh holds a BA in Business Administration, Marketing, and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
