Cecilia Zhao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cecilia began their career in 2008 as an Assistant Manager and Tour Guide at Jet Set Sports. In 2009, they worked as a Team Leader and Cashier in IFW Restaurant at Park Hyatt. Later in 2009, Cecilia joined EF Education First, where they held various roles. Cecilia started as a Progress Manager, responsible for customer success management. Cecilia then became a Senior Progress Manager and Team Coordinator, leading projects and overseeing customer satisfaction. In 2013, they became a Center Operation Manager, managing service provision and resolving customer complaints. From 2016 to 2017, Cecilia served as a Product Owner and Salesforce Administrator, handling the design and implementation of CRM systems. Cecilia then became an Implementation Manager and System Support, responsible for product releases and user feedback. In their most recent role at EF Education First, Cecilia worked as a Product Director, designing systems and improving user success for a large team serving thousands of customers.
Cecilia Zhao attended Beijing Forestry University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management.
