Elina Wang

Elina Wang is an experienced manager in recruitment and employee development, currently serving at EF英孚教育 since July 2008. Responsibilities include compiling hiring needs, leading recruitment efforts, and developing organizational competency plans to support sustainable business growth in China. Elina manages team performance, drives capability development, oversees performance reviews, and implements an onboarding plan for new hires. Additionally, Elina has held roles as Center General Manager and Center Sales Manager, where leadership resulted in achieving sales targets and awards. Prior experience includes a role as a Course Consultant at EF, where exceptional performance led to rapid promotions, and a position at Dell English School, starting as a Junior Course Consultant and quickly advancing to Supervisor. Elina holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University.
