Jaime Wluka Switkes

Jaime Wluka Switkes currently serves as the Director of Faculty Led Programs for Study Abroad at EF Education First since March 2025. Prior to this role, Jaime was the Sales Director at EF Educational Tours from October 2019 to March 2025, where responsibilities included managing a diverse sales team, analyzing market data, coordinating training, and collaborating cross-functionally. With a background in sales management at Wayfair and experience in sales roles at Dell and AppNeta, Jaime has a proven track record of coaching teams, developing business strategies, and driving sales performance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Northeastern University and a study abroad program in Political Science at Meiji University.
