Jared Kilroy

Jared Kilroy has extensive experience in the travel and customer service industries, currently serving as a Senior Flights Emergencies Specialist and previously held multiple positions at EF Education First since September 2013, including Senior Travel Operations Specialist and Assistant Manager of Travel Operations across various programs. Prior to this, Jared worked as a Logistics Analyst at Luggage Forward for a brief period and provided member services at BJ's Wholesale Club, where customer service was a key focus. Educationally, Jared earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and also studied at UNSW, enhancing analytical and problem-solving skills.
