Martina Algurén

Martina Algurén is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and product management. Currently serving as the Customer Experience & Support Manager and Country Product Manager for EF High School Exchange Year since February 2022, Martina previously held various roles at EF Education First, including Country Product Manager and Junior Product Manager. Prior leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of IMF-föreningen, where responsibilities included inspiring and supporting committee work, and managing business relations as Vice Chairman. Martina's career began in IT support, with experience at Fujitsu Sweden and LG Electronics Nordic, and early roles included client account management at Prenax Ltd and as an Au Pair in the United States. Educationally, Martina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Marketing from Mälardalen University and additional certifications in business marketing from Santa Monica College.
