Meghan Conway

Meghan Conway has extensive work experience in the education industry. Meghan started their career at EF Educational Tours as a Tour Consultant in 1998. Meghan then progressed to become an Executive Assistant, where they managed the communications, schedule, and priorities of a company executive. Subsequently, Meghan served as a Sales Manager, successfully achieving target sales goals each quarter and fulfilling company goals for repeat customer bookings. Meghan then took on the role of Director of Customer Programs, where they were responsible for customer loyalty and satisfaction. Meghan solicited and responded to customer feedback, resulting in a 15% increase in repeat business within three years. At EF International Language Campuses, they served as the Director of Operations/West Coast, overseeing seven international schools and managing a staff of over 400. Meghan was in charge of budget controls, operational contracts, and ensuring the safety and welfare of thousands of students. Currently, Meghan is working at EF Education First as the Vice President of Development and Operational Strategy. In this role, they lead cross-functional teams in the creation and building of educational spaces in various locations, including Denver, San Diego, Pasadena, and Zurich. Meghan's dynamic leadership skills motivate diverse teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
