Monaco Zumsteg

Monaco Zumsteg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in safety, incident response, and travel coordination at EF Education First since June 2019. In parallel, Monaco has served as Property & Office Manager at M. Keller & Co., handling tenant relations, property maintenance, and administrative tasks since September 2018. A cofounder of AGAPE, a non-profit focused on providing educational resources to orphanages globally, Monaco also has a background in the aviation industry as a Senior Flight Purser with Emirates Airline, managing large teams and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Previous roles include marketing and promotions with the Emirates National Rugby League, bar management, and various instructing positions in aquatic safety and fitness. Monaco holds a GCAA degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Emirates Aviation University, alongside foundational education from The University of British Columbia and South Delta Secondary School.
