Phil Holland

Phil Holland has extensive work experience in finance and business transformation. Phil is currently working as the Global Head of Transformation & Finance Business Services at EF Education First since October 2023. Prior to this, Phil served as the Managing Director at Flectus Three starting from July 2023. Before that, they worked at Newton Europe from July 2022 to August 2023, focusing on finance and operational performance improvement. Phil also held a senior position at Alvarez & Marsal from November 2018 to July 2022, where they specialized in private equity, corporate performance, business service transformation, and turnaround. Phil worked as a Director at Deloitte from November 2014 to September 2018, leading finance and digital transformation in the TMT sector and heading SAP EPM & Analytics. Phil's earlier experience includes working at PwC from November 1999 to October 2014, focusing on finance transformation, shared services, outsourcing, EPM, and finance business partnering. Phil also worked at KPMG from July 2007 to October 2010, specializing in finance transformation, business intelligence, and enterprise performance management. Phil started their professional career as a Sponsored Undergraduate at BAE Systems from July 1994 to July 1999.

Phil Holland attended Loughborough University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Meng degree in Systems Engineering.
