Samantha Rutfield has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Team Lead at EF Go Ahead Tours since January 2020, where notable achievements include a 126% increase in bookings and driving strategic growth for the Groups Sales team. Earlier roles at EF Go Ahead Tours included Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, where Samantha excelled in analyzing sales performance and managing regional group trips, respectively. Prior to this, Samantha worked as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics and held various positions such as Au Pair, Intern at Secretaria de Meio Ambiente Joao Monlevade, and English Teacher. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais and a Project Management Bootcamp Workshop from General Assembly.
