Suzi Meconi

Suzi Meconi has over 15 years of experience in recruitment and employee development roles. Suzi is currently the Vice President of Recruitment and Employee Development at EF Go Ahead Tours and EF Ultimate Break. In these positions, they collaborate with the leadership teams and oversees strategic and tactical development of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Recruitment and Employee Development at both companies. Suzi also has experience as the Director of University Partnerships at EF International Language Centers, where they established partnerships with university international admissions offices. Suzi was previously the Program Development Manager and Recruitment Team Manager at EF High School Exchange Year. Suzi began their career as a Document Imaging Specialist at Office Systems and worked as a Therapist Employment Director at Cheshire Center. Suzi started their professional journey as a Recruiter at Aerotek Professional Services.

Suzi Meconi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006.
